SHIPPING POLICY

At Okayrun, we are committed to delivering your fun as quickly and securely as possible. To provide the best value and variety, we utilize a global fulfillment network. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Origin & Estimated Delivery

Your order’s shipping time and origin depend on the type of product purchased:

  • Electric Ride-On Vehicles (Large Items): These are shipped directly from our local U.S. warehouses to ensure fast and safe delivery of large parcels.

    • Estimated Delivery: 5–8 Business Days.

    • Warehouse Locations: Fontana, CA; Romeoville, IL; Howell, NJ.

  • Small Toys & Accessories (Squishies, Bubble Machines, etc.): These are shipped from our Global Fulfillment Centers to provide you with the latest designs and best pricing.

    • Standard Shipping: 8–15 Business Days.

    • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 Business Days (Available at checkout for select items).

2. Shipping Costs

  • FREE Standard Shipping is provided on all orders totaling $50 or more.

  • For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4 PM (local warehouse time) for in-stock ride-on vehicles are typically processed the same day.

4. Order Tracking & Multiple Packages

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

  • Separate Shipments: If your order includes both a large ride-on vehicle and small toys, they will arrive in separate packages at different times due to the different warehouse origins. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

5. Cancellations & Address Corrections

  • 60-Minute Grace Period: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placement.

  • Address Accuracy: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx), we cannot change the delivery address.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Okayrun is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if an incorrect address was provided by the customer.

6. Customs & Import Fees (Global Shipments)

For items shipped from our global centers, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
